Ferrari reveals Superamerica 45
At the 2011 Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza, Ferrari revealed a new one-off bespoke model called the Superamerica 45. It's made for Peter Kalikow, a Ferrari collector from New York, to celebrate him being a Friday client and driver for 45 years.
The car is based on the 599 GTB Fiorano, having a carbon fiber hardtop. Another remarkable aspect is the front chrome grille.
The exclusive Blu Antille finish reminds us of another very important car in the client's collection; the 1961 400 Superamerica cabriolet NR2331SA. A darker contrasting blue covers the roof and other carbon fiber elements, including a front splitter real diffuser and side skirts, and carries over to the cockpit, that features a carbon fiber dash trim.
Blu Scuro is a color inside the car, combined with Cuoio leather and carbon fiber trims. Finally, it features a touchscreen infotainment system.
