Well, it's actually a regular Bugatti Veyron and it's tuned by it's owner who's name looks like JK. The car is called the JK Limited Edition No. 1 and it was spotted in Cannes. It features the Sang Noir's alloy wheels and the car is completed in carbon fiber.
